We value all our clients and do not discriminate on grounds of age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, race or income. We promise that we will always treat you with respect and dignity.
We will also treat your pets in the same way. We aim to make all veterinary treatment as positive as possible for everyone involved. In some cases, if your pet will not tolerate a necessary procedure without getting very stressed, we may recommend deferring this until another day, or using sedation if necessary.
We promise to be honest in our dealings with you. We will keep our prices fair and transparent.
We care about you and your pets. We can provide a listening ear if you have any worries or concerns. When difficult decisions have to be made, we will help you to work through the different options and we will support you in whatever decision you make.
Where your desires and your pet’s needs seem to be in conflict, we will work gently with you to find a solution that is best for everyone.
We want to work towards a more sustainable world, even if it means not choosing the cheapest or easiest option.
Ways in which we are working to be more sustainable:
- We use recycled paper for all in-house printing and external printing where possible
- We use Elizabethan collars made from recycled plastic, which are recyclable at end of use
- We use syringes made of recycled plastic where possible
- We try to limit waste as much as possible
