The Wheel of Pet Wellbeing is based on the Five Animal Welfare Needs listed in the Animal Welfare Act 2006.  Welfare sometimes has negative connotations (e.g. poor welfare), whereas wellbeing is a more positive state to aim for.

At Pawsitive Vet Care, we aim to improve the wellbeing of pets and their owners in everything that we do, keeping in mind the Five Aspects of the Wheel of Wellbeing.
