We have just started using this practice and I was very pleased. All the staff I met were friendly and excellent at putting our dogs at ease. The treatment room is very good as it is more relaxed with a small sofa. Of course our spaniels jumped on it. I have been now a couple of times and definitely the best we have been to.

Visited with my cat for the first time last week, we had such a warm welcome from the reception staff and nurses. The separate waiting area for cats is a huge bonus. Helen was very professional, gentle and caring. My cat has never been so calm at the vets. Revisited today for some work to be done on her teeth and again everyone looked after her so well and constantly kept me informed. Thank you ladies! Will always recommend to friends and family going forward 🐱

I would really recommend Pawsitive Vet Care. Having taken both my dog and rabbit to see Helen and the team they were extremely kind and patient, especially when having to make some challenging decisions around our pets and their care. I have been to three other vets for both my pets care during their lives. Pawsitive offer something that none of them have done – a personal and compassionate approach to animal welfare which I am so grateful for. A truly exceptional service.

On my first visit I was very impressed the waiting room was very clean and calming which helped my very nervous 🐕 Julie the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and Helen the vet was very thorough, my dog has to be put out for a minor procedure on Friday and I l know she will be in very good hands and very well looked after, I would highly recommend this practice….

Popped into Pawsitive on a Saturday morning to make some enquiries about a new adopted cat we’ve just taken on. Spoke to receptionist who was very helpful and went to get vet, Helen. Who was also really good and arranged to take the cat in on the Monday for a full check up and vaccinations. Really great service, and a very handy new vets for the Hartlebury area.

I am very impressed with the knowledge and gentle calm approach Helen the vet provides. She has been very supportive in providing us with all the information we require to make a decision as to whether to proceed with an operation for our dog or not.

We took our puppies to have their Veterinary health checks and vaccinations. I have to say, i was extremely impressed by the service of care given to the puppies by Helen and the very friendly welcome by Julie and the team. I have since registered all of my dogs with Pawsitive Vet Care and i highly recommend them.
