All our plan members have free access to 24/7 veterinary advice through the Vidivet app.
You can send a message or video at any time and a qualified UK vet will respond quickly — day or night. They’ll help you decide whether your pet needs to be seen urgently, can wait for a routine appointment, or can be cared for safely at home.
