Caring for your pet, transparently
As an independent practice, we are proud to provide thoughtful, thorough veterinary care in a calm and welcoming environment.
We believe in being open about our fees. The cost of your pet’s care reflects not only the expertise of our veterinary and nursing team, but also the time we dedicate to each appointment, the equipment and facilities we invest in, and our commitment to ongoing professional development.
Our aim is always to provide clear information, compassionate guidance and high-quality care — so you can make confident decisions for your pet.
Estimates and Payment
Before proceeding with any investigations or treatments, we will always discuss the options available and provide a clear estimate of costs.
All prices listed include VAT.
We review our fees periodically to ensure we can continue investing in our team, facilities and equipment — allowing us to maintain the high standard of care our clients know and trust.

Our standard veterinary consultation is £57.50.
Appointments last approximately 20 minutes, allowing time for your pet to settle, for a thorough clinical examination, and for meaningful discussion about any concerns. We believe unhurried appointments lead to better understanding, reduced stress and improved outcomes for pets and their families.
Repeat consultations for the same condition within three months are £52.50.
For more complex cases, multiple concerns, or particularly anxious pets, we may recommend a 40-minute extended consultation at £110.
Nurse Clinics
Our experienced veterinary nurses run clinics for long-term condition monitoring, preventative care and minor procedures.
£17 – 10-minute appointment
£34 – 20-minute appointment
These clinics provide ongoing support and continuity of care in a friendly, approachable setting.
Home visits are a great option for pets or owners with mobility problems, or who get particularly stressed in the car or in the practice.
We offer reduced price visits (£55) on Thursday mornings for specific areas on a 4 weekly basis. Please contact us to find out when we are next in your area.
Home visits at other times cost from £100 depending on distance and urgency. Please contact us for an estimate.
All visit fees are in addition whatever fee would be paid in the practice.
