Our Pricing Policy
We believe in fair and transparent pricing for the high-quality veterinary care we provide.
Unlike human healthcare, there is no NHS for pets—veterinary practices operate as private healthcare providers. The fees you pay reflect our investment in caring for your pet, including the cost of medical equipment, medications, facilities, and the expertise of our team. This allows us to provide the best possible care for your pet.
Our vets will always discuss the costs of any investigations, procedures, or treatments with you and work to create a plan that suits both you and your pet’s needs
Membership Plans
To help spread the cost of routine preventative care, we offer a selection of membership plans. These plans make it easier to budget for your pet’s essential treatments throughout the year.
Price List
Below, you’ll find the prices for some of our most common procedures. All prices include VAT.
For other services, we’re happy to provide a clear breakdown of costs during or after your consultation. If you’d like to enquire about specific prices in advance, please feel free to contact us.
We aim to keep this price list as comprehensive as possible and will continue to update it with additional procedures.
Our standard vet consultation fee is £54.50. This appointment lasts around 20 minutes and allows time for your pet to settle into the environment. We have chairs in all our consultation rooms for you to sit down so that you and your pet can feel as comfortable as possible. For certain conditions, or particularly anxious pets, we may recommend an extended consultation which will cost £80.
Repeat consultations for the same condition seen within 3 months are £50.
Our nurses also run clinics for long-term conditions and minor procedures (e.g. nail clipping). These consultations cost £12.50 for a 10 minute appointment, or £25 for a 20 minute appointment.
Our subscription plans allow you to spread the cost of healthcare over the year and benefit from some exclusive discounts. Our Pawsitive Complete subscription packages include unlimited consultations during our opening hours!
Home visits are a great option for pets or owners with mobility problems, or who get particularly stressed in the car or in the practice.
We offer reduced price visits (£55) on Thursday mornings for specific areas on a 4 weekly basis. Please contact us to find out when we are next in your area.
Home visits at other times cost from £100 depending on distance and urgency. Please contact us for an estimate.
All visit fees are in addition whatever fee would be paid in the practice.
