Pawsitive Vet Care first began in 2018 as a home-visiting service across Warwickshire, founded by Helen with the aim of bringing high-quality veterinary care into a calmer, more familiar setting. During the pandemic, this approach became especially valuable, allowing us to provide gentle end-of-life care in gardens and later urgent treatments when many clinics were difficult to access.

By 2020, our little team was growing with our first staff member. In 2021, we became a limited company, invested in an electric ambulance, and cared for hundreds of much-loved pets throughout Warwickshire.

In 2022, Helen relocated to Worcestershire after marrying, which meant closing the home-visiting practice—but the vision for stress-free veterinary care never went away.

After almost two years of planning, Pawsitive Vet Care reopened in December 2024 as a purpose-built bricks-and-mortar practice in Hartlebury. Today, we provide the full range of veterinary care you’d expect from a modern practice—routine health checks, vaccinations, surgery, dental care, diagnostic imaging, nurse clinics, and more—always delivered with our Fear Free approach.

Every member of our team has undergone Fear Free training, so whether you’re visiting us for a routine appointment or something more complex, you can be confident that your pet’s emotional wellbeing is always at the heart of what we do.
