Standard Payment Methods

All payments are due at the time of your appointment or when collecting medication, food, or other items.
Pet Insurance & Direct Claims
We’re happy to work with all UK pet insurance providers and can help guide you through the claims process.
Claim Options:
Client-submitted claims: We’ll complete the vet section of your claim form free of charge and email it directly to your insurer.
Direct claims (we claim directly from your insurer):
For certain insurers and under specific conditions, we can claim directly and you’ll just pay the excess and any non-insured costs.Direct claims must be pre-approved before treatment.
An administration fee applies for direct claims.
Please bring your insurance policy documents and authorisation from your insurer if possible.
