Part-time Veterinary Surgeon

We’re Pawsitive Vet Care, an independent practice in Hartlebury, Worcestershire, open for just 8 months and already making a big impact in our community. Led by Helen, a Fear Free accredited vet, we’re passionate about creating stress-free visits for pets and their owners.

👩⚕️ The Role
- Part-time – ideally 2 days per week (9am–6pm) although one long day and two half days considered
- Saturday mornings: 1 in 2 or 1 in 3
- Sole charge: 1 day a week + Saturdays
- Consults: 20 minutes, with admin time built in
- A varied caseload – dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats and more! 🐶🐱🐰🐭
💡 We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident in consults, diagnostics & surgery
- A great communicator who works with clients
- Empathetic, compassionate, and organised
- Keen to become Fear Free certified and embrace our ethos
💷 What we offer:
- Salary £45,000–£60,000 FTE (DOE)
- 6 weeks holiday + bank holidays (pro-rata)
- RCVS, VDS & BSAVA fees paid
